I have rented from many locations in many cities, and this was such a great experience. They deliver on weekends, which is very rare! Equipment was nice and when I had a minor issue (I hit the circuit breaker, ) They called me back immediately. Highly recommend.

Efficient and courteous + great price

Visiting family from California. My wife’s feet limit her mobility. Having the scooter enabled her and us to thoroughly enjoy our visit and spent precious time with our Granddaughter. Got to visit the Perot Museum, Magnolia Farm and many other places. Thank you so much for your professionalism—easy to reserve, delivered on time, scooter looked brand new and the delivery man explained everything patiently. We did not know there was such a thing as a mobility rental. We saw someone on our trip and researched. Came across sun mobility and chose a rental and date. We wished we would’ve known sooner. Amazing scooter we were able to rent with, lightweight and compatible to fit in our car if we needed to go somewhere else. We will definitely be renting again when we plan another trip to Dallas

My scooter was delivered when I was told it would be delivered. It was a lifesaver!! I would not hesitate to rent from this company again. The price was reasonable, they delivered and picked up and all I had to do was enjoy. I was waiting for hip surgery and I used it until I had the surgery.

This is an Exceptional Business they Delivered & Explained ALL aspects of scooter;-) If I could give more stars I would this is by far the Best experience with renting a wheelchair I’ve had. While My wheelchair was in the shop for repair I rented from Sun Mobility for my trip to Virginia too visit my son… I was so impressed this scooter was Awesome. Charged at Night & it went ALL day for me to go sightseeing with my son & his family;-) I will be using them again❤️ Next time I need a rental.

This company by far has some of the nicest people around! I didn’t anticipate needing to rent a scooter and when I finally decided to it was almost 6pm. I called praying I would get an answer and sure enough they were more than willing to bring me one! The guy that brought it , I wish I remembered his name, was super kind and made sure I was comfortable before leaving! He even picked it up exactly where I had dropped him a pin at! 110% recommend this company!
